Ontraport - ChatMetrics.com Integration Request

To process the integration, we need your account information required below:

Ontraport API Credentials:
This can be generated within your Ontraport account by going to Administration > Integrations and Key Manager. More information can be found Here For ONTRApages.com accounts click the top right ‘person’ icon, select My Account Information, and generate or copy your keys from that page.

Account Type: (optional)
Choose which account you would like to connect to. Either ONTRAPORT or ONTRApages.

App ID:
This can be generated within your ONTRAPORT account by going to Administration > Integrations and Key Manager. More information can be found Here For ONTRApages.com accounts click the top right ‘person’ icon, select My Account Information, and generate or copy your keys from that page.

Synchronise your data:
Enter the relevant fields to receive data from Chat Metrics to your Ontraport account
Note: Below is the lead information collected by Chat Metrics, please enter the fields present in Ontraport to receive that data.
Example: For ‘Visitor First Name’ you might have a field named ‘Given Name’  inside Ontraport, so please type ‘Given Name’ in the text field.
