Refund-Policy Chat Metrics


After signing up you get a new, fully functional CM license. The set-up fee will be charged up front after sign-up. No charge is made for leads until the end of the first calendar month. During this time, confirmation of the value of the service will be sought and provided to ensure billing is adjusted accordingly.


Paid Subscription

The service will be charged monthly on a performance basis as per your agreement. We do not need you to provide your credit card details, as these will already be active on your record from your initial sign-up. We will charge you on the first day of the month after the service has been provided. We do not offer refunds on already processed payments – this policy is the same for all customers – and you are responsible for all charges in your subscription.

Cancelling the Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at subscriptions we simply ask for 30 days notice from the end of the current billing period. After canceling, your license will stop working at the end of the notice period. Credit from previous payments will be lost and is not refundable.
